Inspection
Our technician identifies the specifics of the cleaning job, including stains, and writes up a checklist to share with you.

Pre-Vacuum
We pre-vacuum your carpet with our hospital-grade HEPA filter vacuum cleaner. It removes 99.9% of dust, dust mites and other allergens.

Pre-Spray of Spots
We pre-spray any spots with our 100% natural cleaning solution. It’s effective even on heavy traffic walkways, food stains, and pet stains.

Agitation
To ensure separation of soils from the fiber, we agitate your carpet

Steam Cleaning
This hot-water extraction method, along with our natural cleaning products, enables us to clean your carpet effectively but without toxic chemicals.

Move Furniture
Before we clean the carpet, we move the furniture off of it, including light sofas, tables and chairs. After cleaning, we return the furniture to its original position, placing protective blocks and tabs under each leg, a step that prevents moisture transfer to them and protects both your carpet and furniture.

Carpet Grooming
We set the carpet pile in one direction. This is the best position for carpet drying and achieving a like-new look.

Speed Drying
