Q. Are you insured to perform home cleaning services?
A. Our insurance is the best available. We carry a $10 million public liability cover. If you would like we can send you a certificate validating our insurance.
Q. Must I be at home when you clean my house?
A. Its your choice. Many of our customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can be either left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. We have found through experience that by far the most efficient and problem free way is if you provide us with keys.
Q. How do you protect my key?
A. Your key is locked in a safe to which only upper management have access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and the owners return it to the safe facility.
Q. What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your cleaning system?
A. We offer a variety of additional services like window cleaning, oven cleaning and we even clean your fridge. Our customer’s satisfaction is our main priority and we will do whatever we can to keep them happy.
Q. Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
A. We will always arrive at your home in our company cars with our own cleaning products and equipment. All our products are environmentally friendly and are safe for small children and pets.
Q. Are your house cleaning teams trained and supervised?
A. Team members are trained thoroughly in the use of green cleaning products and techniques before they are permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training.
Each team includes a team leader to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed.
Q. How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?
A. Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or direct bank deposit.
Q. What are your house cleaning rates?
A. Fees are based on condition and size of the home, how many people are living there, pets, clutter level and etc. We will walk you through our cleaning process and provide you with a price for a service that has been created to meet your specific needs.
